Urban Lawn & Landscape (Urban, we, us) provides landscaping, hardscaping and outdoor services in the Charlotte area. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and related inquiries.

Information you provide

Our quote form asks for your name, phone number, selected services, project street address, town or ZIP code, and whether you prefer a call or text. Your email address and project description are optional. We also receive information you choose to share when you call, text or email us.

The website does not offer customer accounts or collect online payments. Please do not put payment-card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information in the project description.

How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry, check service coverage and discuss your project.
• Arrange consultations, prepare quotes and manage related communications.
• Maintain the website, understand its use, support our advertising and prevent spam or misuse.

Choosing a call or text tells us how you prefer to hear about your request. Submitting the form does not automatically enroll you in promotional emails or automated marketing texts. You can ask us to stop following up about an inquiry.

Who receives inquiry information

Form inquiries are sent to Urban and our website support provider, Savs Media, so we can handle requests and maintain the site. Vercel provides hosting and security services, Resend delivers form notifications, and email providers process and store the resulting messages. These providers receive the information needed for those functions. Analytics and advertising tools described below may also receive information about website visits and inquiry events.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect people or resolve a dispute. We do not publish the contact details you submit through the quote form.

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request activity. On our official domain, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help measure website use and inquiries. Advertising tags managed through Tag Manager, including Meta/Facebook tools, may process online identifiers and page or conversion events, directly or through server-side tagging, for advertising measurement and related advertising purposes. Configured matching features may use hashed versions of contact details, such as email addresses or phone numbers, to match inquiry events with advertising activity. Hashing does not necessarily make these identifiers anonymous.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page visits and sampled website performance. We exclude URL query strings and fragments from these tools and do not send them the personal details entered in our forms. Google Maps and Elfsight review widgets also connect to third-party services when they load. Analytics, advertising and embedded services may use cookies or similar technology and process information under their own policies. Third-party processing can occur outside your state or country.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser and use privacy controls offered by these providers. Blocking services may affect maps, reviews or other features. Browser controls do not remove information already sent in an inquiry.

Storage and security

Inquiry emails and related records may remain in our business systems and those of our support providers. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, any ongoing project, legitimate business needs and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for all records.

We use measures intended to protect information, including protected website connections and controls against automated abuse. No website, email service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests and choices

Contact us if you want to ask about information you have provided, correct it, request deletion or change how we contact you. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will consider requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for existing services, security, disputes or legal obligations.

Children
