Why Urban exists
Outdoor spaces become part of everyday life.
A yard can be more than the space around a house. It can be where mornings begin, friends gather, children play, and families slow down together.
That idea has shaped Urban Lawn & Landscape since the company was formally established in 2022. The goal is not to force every property into the same look. It is to help create an outdoor setting that makes sense for the home and the people living there.

David Kravchenko owns and leads Urban today as owner, operator, and CEO. He runs the company day to day and stays connected to the work happening across each property.
Urban was founded by David Sergeyev and formally established in 2022. David Sergeyev remains connected to the company in a background, non-day-to-day role.
